Product Description

For garden and grounds maintenance tasks, you can use the STIHL KMA 130 R cordless KombiEngine with all KombiTools. Thanks to the quick coupling with clamping screw, the selected tool attachment from the STIHL KombiSystem can be attached to the engine in just a few simple steps. The quiet-running EC motor makes it possible to use the STIHL KMA 130 R even in noise-sensitive areas. Depending on the task at hand, you can regulate the speed of the cordless motor to one of three levels using the control handle with speed control. This allows you to save energy and extend operational time, or to ensure sufficient power is delivered to perform effectively tackle even more demanding tasks. The lightweight design of the STIHL KMA 130 R supports you for more comfort, especially during longer periods of use. Thanks to the loop handle with barrier bar, you can manoeuvre with this tool even in less accessible places.

The handy machine has a connection socket for an external battery, which can be connected to the device by cable for energy transfer. You can carry the battery close to your body – for example, as a STIHL AR 1000 backpack battery, or use a battery from the STIHL AP-System teamed with an AP battery holster and connecting cable. You can also use the STIHL AP carrying system to carry the battery.

All cordless power tools within the STIHL AP-System have been designed for professional users and daily work, including in adverse weather conditions. With that in mind they are certified as splashproof; the effectiveness of this is also verified through demanding internal checks. The splashwater test is aligned with the IPX4 standard, among others.

LOOP HANDLE WITH BAR:
FOR SAFE WORK IN SMALL SPACES. The loop handle ensures good manoeuvrability of your tool, even in confined spaces. The bar protects you by ensuring your feet and legs cannot come too close to blades or mowing heads during work.

SINGLE-HANDED MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE WITH SPEED CON:
EASY ADJUSTMENT OF tool PERFORMANCE. Quickly and conveniently adjust the speed of your tool to the respective work situation. Doing so reduces energy consumption at low speeds, and in this way extends the battery runtime. The practical control handle with speed control allows you to make the relevant adjustment without having to change your grip or pause work.

SOCKET FOR CONNECTING LINE:
USE OF EXTERNAL BATTERIES. The cordless power tool has a socket to which you can connect any STIHL AP-System battery via a connecting cable. You can use either a backpack battery or a battery belt with harness, thereby reducing the working weight in your hand.

EC MOTOR:
LOW-MAINTENANCE AND EFFICIENT. Thanks to its compact design, low weight and high efficiency, the EC motor enables you to work in an energy efficient manner. This engine also has a long service life.

QUICK-RELEASE COUPLING WITH CLAMPING SCREW:
QUICK ASSEMBLY OF KOMBITOOLS. Thanks to the quick-release coupling, the various KombiTools for your tool can be connected and disconnected quickly and without tools.
