Product Description

Your backpack STIHL petrol blower is all the more efficient when full performance is guaranteed. To maintain the reliability of your leaf blower, you should undertake proactive and regular maintenance on it. Simple maintenance tasks can usually be performed quickly using the components of Service Kit 39, and will help to extend the life of your power tool.

STIHL Service Kit 39 for BR 500, BR 550, BR 600 and BR 700 includes the following components for standard maintenance tasks:

  • Paper air filter
  • Spark plug
  • Fuel filter

The long filter service life of STIHL air filters will ensure you can enjoy using your power tools for a long time to come. In addition, STIHL paper filters are splash-proof thanks to their special coated surfaces. Clean filters increase engine performance, reduce fuel consumption and make starting the machine easier. By replacing the paper air filter regularly, you can reliably protect the engine of your blower against abrasive dust, helping to maintain performance and keep fuel consumption low and ensuring that you can continue to start your petrol blower without difficulty.

You should also keep an eye on the fuel filterto ensure that no foreign particles can get into the engine through the fuel. Regular replacement of this component protects the engine and ensures a long service life. Replacing the spark plug is also recommended to ensure clean combustion in the engine and optimal performance for your blower.

You do not need any additional tools to perform these standard maintenance tasks. You can use the combination socket tool supplied with your backpack blower to replace the air filter and spark plug. A cardboard hook is integrated into the packaging of the Service Kit to remove the fuel filter.
