Product Description

The STIHL KM 56 RC-E petrol KombiEngine is a power tool that can be operated with a variety of KombiTools from the STIHL KombiSystem. The KM 56 RC-E is designed primarily for private users who want to use a single engine to complete their work around the house, yard and garden.

The KombiEngine is based on the economical STIHL 2-MIX engine . The STIHL KM 56 RC-E petrol KombiEngine is equipped with STIHL ErgoStart, which ensures a smooth start-up process and guarantees effortless starting. The electronic ignition system ensures trouble-free engine operation and reduces exhaust emissions. After a pause in work, the engine can be restarted immediately thanks to the stop button.

The ergonomic loop handle with barrier bar supports you when working in confined spaces, while the padded harness ensures comfort as you work. Thanks to the practical quick coupling with clamping screw on the STIHL KM 56 RC-E, you can quickly change the KombiTool and replace the STIHL FSB-KM brushcutter with the STIHL FCB-KM edge trimmer, for example. Thanks to its detachable shaft, the KombiEngine can be dismantled to save space during transport or storage.

The STIHL KM 56 RC-E KombiEngine cannot be used with the STIHL RG-KM rotary cutting head.

ELECTRONIC IGNITION SYSTEM:
RELIABLE STARTING. The electronic ignition system ensures reliable starting and trouble-free engine running. The high ignition voltage of the fully enclosed ignition system ensures a stable ignition spark and a long spark burn time. This also improves fuel combustion and reduces exhaust emissions.

STIHL 2-MIX ENGINE:
HIGHLY POWER-EFFICIENT. With the STIHL 2-MIX engine, you can reduce exhaust emissions and fuel consumption, and therefore operating costs. This 2-stroke engine is low-maintenance and uses fuel efficiently even at high power levels. Use a mixture of petrol and engine oil as fuel. The STIHL 2-MIX engine complies with the strict EU Stage V emissions directive.

STOP BUTTON:
RESTART WORK QUICKLY. With the stop button, you can switch off your tool quickly and easily for a short break, for example. As the button springs back to its original position after actuation, the engine is immediately ready to start again. This provides more comfort after breaks and increases your work efficiency.

STIHL ERGOSTART:
EFFORTLESS STARTING. STIHL ErgoStart saves you energy when starting your tools. A smooth and even pull on the starter cord is all that’s needed. The required speed on the starter cord is significantly reduced, and the engine starts quickly and reliably even with a slow pull. An additional spring between the crankshaft and the starter cord roll makes this easier.

MANUAL FUEL PUMP:
FOR FEWER STARTING STROKES. The manual fuel pump reduces the number of strokes required to start the tool, making the start-up process quicker and easier This is particularly helpful after longer breaks in operation. To use it, actuate the pump several times before starting. This will ensure that there is enough petrol in the carburettor when starting.

LOOP HANDLE WITH BAR:
FOR SAFE WORK IN SMALL SPACES. The loop handle ensures good manoeuvrability of your tool, even in confined spaces. The bar protects you by ensuring your feet and legs cannot come too close to blades or mowing heads during work.

QUICK-RELEASE COUPLING WITH CLAMPING SCREW:
QUICK ASSEMBLY OF KOMBITOOLS. Thanks to the quick-release coupling, the various KombiTools for your tool can be connected and disconnected quickly and without tools.

DETACHABLE SHAFT:
FOR COMFORTABLE TRANSPORT AND STORAGE. Thanks to the detachable shaft, you can quickly dismantle your tool for easier transport, and also store it in a space-saving manner. You do not need any tools to disassemble the shaft.
