Product Description

The STIHL SR 430 petrol mistblower offers fruit growers, winemakers and farmers a particularly large spray range for spraying liquids. The backpack sprayer has a compact design, weighs 12.2 kg and comes with a comfortable carrying system with a back panel to which several additional cushions are mounted. You can operate the STIHL 2-MIX engine and the valve for the spray agent supply with one hand using the single-handed multi-function handle. The engine can be started quickly when cold thanks to the simple starting logic with one-time choke control and manual fuel pump, ensuring that you can get to work without delay.

The STIHL SR 430 mistblower is also equipped with STIHL ElastoStart. This makes the starting process even easier by cushioning any force peaks on the starter handle.

The spray agent is dosed into the air stream via a valve between the container and nozzle, and this air stream agitates foliage so that the undersides of leaves up to 2.5 m high can be treated. The three standard-supplied cone, deflection and double deflection meshes allow you to adjust the shape and direction of the spray jet so that the liquids land in the desired location in a targeted manner. You can top up the transparent spraying agent tank with 14 l of spraying agent without mess via a large filler opening. Thanks to the protective collar, spillages do not come into contact with the back rest pad. The STIHL anti-vibration system protects your muscles and joints during use. The air filter system with pleated paper filter on the STIHL SR 430 petrol sprayer protects the engine, assuring long service intervals.

You can also retrofit the STIHL SR 430 mistblower with the STIHL pressure pump attachment set to achieve a reliably constant application quantity for every spray lance position. This is because the practical accessories for mistblowers ensure very good mixing of the liquid through constant circulation. The higher pressure also allows for a finer spray mist. The STIHL extension tube is also available as an optional accessory, allowing you to customise the STIHL SR 430 mistblower for special requirements.

EASY STARTING:
WHETHER THE ENGINE IS COLD OR WARM. Quickly and effortlessly start your power tool in its cold state through single operation of the choke and manual fuel pump. As soon as the power tool starts up, you can actuate the throttle lever. The engine will then drop to idling and the switch will automatically jump to the start-gas position. It is not necessary to operate the choke again.

14-LITRE TANK WITH LARGE FILLER OPENING:
The 14-litre container offers exceptional capacity. You can work for longer before having to refill. Filling is quick and clean with the large filler opening. Spillages are kept to a minimum and the container is easy to clean. (similar to illustration)

SINGLE-HANDED MULTI-FUNCTION HANDLE:
COMFORTABLE OPERATION. Thanks to the single-handed multi-function handle, you can control your tool easily and reliably with one hand. Because all relevant control elements are integrated in the handle, it can be operated by both right-handed and left-handed users.

GRID:
With the three grids that you can assemble, you can change the spray jet's shape and direction. Taper grids, diffraction grating and double diffraction grating are standard features.

STIHL 2-MIX ENGINE:
HIGHLY POWER-EFFICIENT. With the STIHL 2-MIX engine, you can reduce exhaust emissions and fuel consumption, and therefore operating costs. This 2-stroke engine is low-maintenance and uses fuel efficiently even at high power levels. Use a mixture of petrol and engine oil as fuel. The STIHL 2-MIX engine complies with the strict EU Stage V emissions directive.

COMFORTABLE CARRYING SYSTEM:
FOR EFFORTLESS WORK. Thanks to the optimised weight distribution, the comfortable carrying system enables you to work with minimum fatigue and high comfort even during longer periods of use. The breathable backrest pad makes it comfortable to wear.
